I went hunting for an hour before work and to my surprise a flock of 11 turkeys came out of the woods and walked right over to see what my flapper and decoy spread was this morning.  The weren't phased by the blaring J/S Come Here call on the e-caller either.

An old area of mine had about 14 come out but they chicken sized juveniles who did the same thing...but all the same it is fun to see such things and learn about them

Yeah, where were they all when the season was on during APR-MAY furious?

Nice pics, though, and it is always fun to see all the other critter action going on.

Same here with pheasants and partridge. Within 2-3 days of season starting they are nowhere to be seen if you have a gun, a week after season ends, and you will be shooting corvid or pigeon, and they will walk right up to you LOL, and sometimes even accept food thrown to them :)
