Out the other morning back to my favorite crow ambush point. Northward migration draws to a close as very few visitors were met with a charge of 8 shot from my 16 gauge M 12. This marks the end of the spring campaign. Now is time to bring the fight to the crows which are spread across the rural landscape and busy establishing nesting territories. Run and gun begins as soon as we have enough green on the trees and shrubs to conceal a shooter. Pic is of the last two unfortunates to visit my blind.
