Best Subsonic shell?

New to this site.  I recently bought a "quiet barrel" for my Benelli.  I was told to buy Federal Low Recoil Subsonic shells.  Just got them in.  Not impressed....quite loud.  Any recommendations for a quieter shell?

Winchester Featherlites are another option. Those are 26 gram loads, which is about 7/8 oz of shot, going 980, vs. the Federal Metro Field which is 1 1/8 oz going 900 fps. The Federals seem to be more effective, but I don't notice much of a sound difference. Both are ear safe through the metro barrel. If you want to get any quieter you'll probably have to invest in the Silencerco Salvo 12.
