I apologize in advance for the shakiness, this time, the camera was mounted on my head, instead of on the gun, so there is alot more motion as I scan for targets.

I also admit to failing miserably as a hunter... in the first video, you may notice that I only have 1 shell in a gun that holds 5 when the crows arrive. hmmnoconfuse Shameful.

Again, I recommend enlarging the video and switching to HD video quality if your equipment can handle it.

TexasMatt: My first crow hunting haikus dedicated to you!

+++++

Crow spiraling down,

feathers floating in the air,

bandit in the dirt.

(I'm inspired--another one)

Rounds thumping the air!

Oh crap! No more in the mag!

Fingers cram more in!

+++++

It's a long time till 1 FEB around here. Keep those videos coming!

Craig

(Not really a poet...just playing around)

Cool videos. I could watch those bandits fall for hours........biggrin

Especially like the slo=mo that showed the bird on the ground, then the look back in the air of the feathers still floating..........

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your nice feedback...  Your advice is always helpful.

Hi Craig,

You are a poet and don't know it.  Appreciate your haiku.

It is always fun afield with the TCP, and doubly so when the crows cooperate.

An armadillo took a double tap from my Volquartsen .17HMR with Spectre II suppressor during this Friday hunt too, thanks to Matt's eagle eyes and my new Kidd Innovation trigger.  As Mr. Kidd always says, why be average!

Regards,

 No Mark, that was just user error.  I thought I had a failure to feed, but I didn't.  As you can see, the next shell had fed just fine.
