Crow hunting is allowed throughout the entire state, no restrictions except for season dates. The only time you need to use nontoxic shot is for waterfowl hunting, it does not apply to crow hunting.
This is the email I received from Vermont s' Fish and Game or whatever it is called...
For the record as if that is oh so important of course; I did not hunt in Vermont as i did mainly scouting and most of the areas are posted along the connecticutt river in central northern Vermont adjacent to NH....it is amazing they have any hunting left in Vermont..one peculiar law reads you cannot park alongside the road to access any woods .....or so i understood it...or anywhere! I don't know if that applies only to fenced in areas or not but i am looking into it...
