Another great example of a bad gun law besides that "noise ordnance" here largely ignored as to the abject stupidity of it, there is a "federal" gun law that specifically targets anyone with a felony from years ago automatically loses their gun rights..I used to see an unarmed state cop in the capitol and wondered why-he was a lousy typist but a big big man and the type of cop I'd want out there on the highways...but he had no gun!
Here then is an example of the "Lautenberg Amendment", a gift to the deceased New Jersey Senator Frank Lautenberg!
This is how congress plays with your rights...toys for the elite to do with as they wish! Now maybe this cop had some DWI hanging over him something he long ago paid his fines for and now it is still held against him-whatever it was I don't know...but for anyone i don't agree with this..it still falls within the 2nd amendment considerations as well the constitutional "double jeopardy" clause..not sure if the 8th amendment or not(but also the right to trial by a jury of your peers)...but that isn't all while i am at it . The 1st Amendment has long been watered down-check it out the "freedom of speech" former right...has anyone heard about the 4th amendment? i heard it doesn't exist anymore at least not in Indiana via state supreme court rulings!This would mean that the tenth amendment was nullified as well getting down to it! At least where Indiana is concerned and other rights where the "Feds' are concerned as well!
The government is stomping our rights right into the ground!
Look at Connecticutt before we get into the 2nd amendment considerations there they went in and confiscated a block because some business wanted it so all those people lost their homes despite the constitutional amendment against search and seizure!
The constitution of the united States was never ratified! It takes a bout a 36 state majority to hold a constitutional convention whatever and there has never been ONE! regardless if the law was good or bad the congress cannot make any law contradicting the constitution nor any state yet people are doing time because whatever state wrote their own laws that contradicted the constitution and people had done time or are currently doing time such as that bartley fox gun law law or various NYS laws...
In this state at least the Fish and game department can trump your rights...they can upon any suspicion come into your home, your camp, your car or boat and at will and look for any wildlife you might not or might have dead or alive,,this is very unconstituional period. Another way of looking at it is they -law enforcement needs a search warrant to look for drugs if they have EVIDENCE if they have any but a Fish and Game department official needs only come in at will! ANYWHERE at any time!
Totally ILLEGAL> The Constitution is lAW.
And ironically they don't want tot alk about the Constitution anywhere...certainly not in our schools..a US History teacher said that the Constitution was kind of like a set of rules for George Washington and the time ...I cna see he knew nothing about the constitution or uS History,,no surprise there given the times...if it isn't video games then it isn't worth remembering!
I bet they wish they knew it if they are doing time for anything!
What do i mean by a watering down of the 'freedom of speech"? Well it has gotten so bad you cannot refer to anyone in your place of employment as a 'woman' or a
"man'anymore they are now "persons' or a "person"! And what can i tell you about swearing and nicknames? Now every thing is defined as a third parties interpretation of whatever it was you said they heard or the one talking to YOU! 'freedom of speech"? Forget it...what clothes you wear and the flag you fly....all today depends on another persons' interpretation of it...look at the Stars and bars....the Confederate flag? It is being referred to in some circles as the flag of the Ku Klux Klan even though it was flown way before any KKK even existed! You think they are not talking about the stars and stripes down the road as well?
Statues? Well did you know general Nathan Bedford Forrest a confederate General from Tennessee who commanded a black cavalry who performed very commendable is targeted for removal for being in that park in Tennessee?
History is being erased another subject altogether I imagine but...you get the picture...
The same is true of ANY taxman throughout the UK and EU. They are a law unto themselves. They can come and seize whatever they like, search whatever they like, all without warrants. If you submit a tax return and they deem it "unjust" YOU have to prove its just, they have to prove nothing, so they just keep saying "this is what we "BELIEVE" you earned, so prove you didn't. They don't have to prove you did or didn't, you do, which is impossible
And the governments use the tax departments to punish people they don't like

Here President Blowbama sends the IRS after anyone he has a beef with which is pretty nearly anyone or anything not supportive of his policies bad or good ! In fact all the presidents after they killed off JFK did it! Need a "law"? Well now here is a blank check-go get 'em!
Years ago the government here threw all the people out on this new highway they were developing/expanding in this state. new laws protecting peoples' rights(can you believe that?) so they won't have their homes and properties confiscated at will by the government(what ever happened to the constitution?)
For the record this happened to me too even though we were only renting the government wanted that property ! So they took it!
