I bought a pair of Walker Alpha 360 electronic ear muffs about 2 years ago. Suppose to be the best thing since Reno sin. Bull. I started to use them last Sunday to shoot some 5-stand clay birds, and one of the volume knobs just fell out of the ear muff. I called Walker about repairing it, and the guy I spoke with said they would not repair them! Even though the warranty had expired, Walker would not repair them even with me willing to pay for the repairs! I have used them very little, and there was NO damage to them in anyway.
From my experience with Walker, I would highly recommend that anyone be careful if contemplating buying Walker products. And as usual...made in China.
Like you I have been bit by "made in china" crap. Last thing was a Stanley Thermos. I make a tremendous effort not to buy anything with those 3 words on it.
