4th Amenment Violation or what exactly?

Basically the 4TH amendment talks about unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant based upon probable cause....basically guaranteeing  privacy so to speak. But every time you buy from  a firearms dealer, a fire arm of your choice; you must await FBI "approval"....or "Federal" approval of your right to keep and bear arms that "shall not be infringed"...and yet...when  did it become legal to water down any amendment? The 1st has taken a beating-think about it-(people losing their livelyhoods for saying certain  words in example-can you speak freely anywhere? Noooo...that's an amendment violation right there!

Complete strangers can now say "yes" or "no" to gun purchases for you because it's the "law". Was the constitution repealed yet? Amended yet?

And we typically  go belly up?

Did anyone in Washington,DC read the constitution yet or plan on it?

A state issued concealed carry permit(5 years) or permit to purchase(annual) allow bypassing the "phone call" when purchasing firearm here in Iowa. Some individual retailers still require a phone call to the fibbies but I choose not to patronize those establishments.

Having a CCW as recognized in Iowa  that bypasses the phone call is better of course for fire arm purchases any day of the week to be sure. But when ever I buy a shotgun from this one dealer it takes all afternoon for the okay. What is the FBIs' "excuse".....? Because I have the same name as 300(?) other people buying a long arm that day!!! Apparently those same folks all share my address and social security number?

Some years ago (exact time unknown) the Indiana Supreme Court ruled you do not have a right  to the 4th amendment. Translation: you can forget search warrants now in the Hoosier state!

If we are not a constitutional Republic than what are we- a Colony of England?

I am pretty sure people come here to read, discuss, look at and share pictures of crow hunting.  There is no political forum here, just crow hunting and stuff for sale.  If you were wondering why there were no replies I thought I would explain the situation.
