Are you planning on run and gunning with that beast;) I got a fury and wish I would have waited for the prairie blaster but the furyis nice and light and small easy on batts too. Some days I wish I had more volume.

As with guns, decoys, and e-callers,you get what you pay for. For the serious crow or goose hunter that is the cats meow, and it will give years of service.

Bob, I believe you have the earlier model of that caller, correct?confuse

If you guys listen to Bobs interview by Brian Downs, show Brian some support,he has some great predator calling ,shot gun chokes, night vision, decoy dogs, coon callingand all kinds of cool stuff, and he is a good guy, doing this all by himself. If he gets more feed back from Crow hunters maybe he will have Bob on more often, maybe an old war stories segmant of crow shooting back in the early days.smile

How about a five year warranty made in USA call em up you won't be speaking to some one from Indonesia.
I am not saying that they don't get any of there parts from other contrys( I hope they don't) but they back up a good product and up loading the sounds to your unit is easy.

Hi MJ,

I recently sold my Snow Crow Pro + only because I plan to upgrade to the new FoxPro SCP II next month.  We want to have the same remote on all of our callers.

It is not too loud by any means for crow calling.  We have and use a Prairie Blaster and Fury but some days the additional volume of the SCP is clearly more effective in bringing in the crows.  Windy days in particular call for max volume.

It is the nuclear option in ecalling technology and the TCP is glad to deploy on almost every mission.

Regards,

Hello Shane,

Yes, I have one of the first Snow Crow Pros that hit the market 5 years ago. I just received the CS-24L unit two days ago, I got mine with two TOA 30 watt speakers. I took it out to just test it and liked it a lot. I even sent in an article to FoxPro about the CS-24L unit that might be in there next news letter. I wrote another article for them about a month ago so I don't know which one they will run, perhaps both?

A guy from Iowa sent me an e-mail about an anti Obama sighn that is posted on the main highway (hwy 61) here in Hutchinson, hey Marv, maybe you can post it here on the Bulletin Board?

I guess you can look at it that way.  But if I can kill 5 more crows this year with it worth every penny!

John

My experience has been: no crows-turn it all the way up but not for long! Too loud and you'll scare them off! Used to be  the early turntable callers could call crows "from a mile away" BUT how far can you see or hear a crow anyways? I use a "cawlin' crow" cheaper and the sound is where you want it-right out amongst the decoys! It is awesome! Only thing is you either have to dull the shine or get one already flocked or just paint it flat black being careful not to gum up the speaker!

Note" if you use a bunch of decoys then  you will want more than one "cawlin' crow.  I only use one as it sounds like two crows with fight calls. Also it is no louder tha it has to be.

Haven't had any problem with volume on my Primos Alpha Dogg. If anything, I have had to turn it way down 'cuz they stay way high if it's too loud.

We use 2....Yes 2 - Snow Crow Pro's synced together.......Got em on closeout recently when they phased em out. When you're watching that "black river" of crows flying just out of range of your calling capability, you will wish you had a few more Horsepower!

The Primo Turbo Dogg I use has a 25 watt speaker and I find it plenty for crows and coyotes.
