Well I went out saturday afternoon with Dad,and we had a blast!!! The wind was bad so the shooting was tough!! We managed to drop forty out front and I think we dropped at least that many in the corn in back of us. Due to it being a night shoot I did not get any pics of our set up because the crows kept coming in till almost dark.
However that morning I did have a steller picture perfect call in at 9:00 am in the morning,check out the pics.

I was using a Zepp open reed call,I was making low pitch jackrabbit groans. He came in right across the clearing from me,and he was about 125 yards away looking right at me.I had to wait till he looked left to move my AR on the sticks.
This is the reason that I mainly use ecallers so I can keep from being seen,but I did not want to get busted putting the caller out,I figured he was close do to prior recon.   Shane

Hi All
I got that other dogs brother tonite!! Shot him in the same exact spot. I did use a different calling method,I dont like dogs having their eyes on me.I put my M-21 out in the field to my left with the Jack In A Box decoy. I did have to do some aggresive calling to get this guy to step out of the wood line,but that is all I and the 52 grain Speer hollow point needed!!biggrin

WTF do you have them tied up out back or what. Way to go just got a lead from my brother in law about some coyote coming into a dead cow pile. Gonna try and call em before deer season opens. Last time I took a lead that was hear say it turned out to be fox pups. Well we will see.
