Crow Calling Mp3
Permalink

Hey guys!

We used to have a johnny stewart caller and many crow tapes.  Now we have a snow goose e caller that runs from an mp3 player.

does anyone know where to download any mp3s of crow and owl or crow fight or reveille?  If I could download these tracks I could have a double speaker setup!

thanks
ks

I'm sure someone will chime in with the exact links, but when I look for sounds I google... crow call, sounds, vocalizations, mp3

Do you still have the old tapes? If so just plug a tape player into your computers microphone jack and record them onto your hard drive with Audacity.

I am in the process of doing that with the few tapes I have and as soon as I get my caller put together I will let you know how it works. With Audacity it is very easy to edit out the white noise so you end up with a better sound than you started with.

I bought the Johnny Stewart and Bobs cds and put them on computer. Then used audacity to take out pauses and owl sounds that I didn't care for. I have all the crow sounds I'll ever want. Most of the online calls you'll  find are just short clips. Spring for 10 bucks on a cd and you'll have them forever.

I have  2 mp3 player ecallers, one is single speaker...single amp..and a double speaker double amp, and them bad boys are screamers. The only thing is I don't have them on remotes, I might add remotes someday, but that is the least of my worries.
