I have hunted crows with quite a few folks and sometimes show them the size of a crows ear. Seems nobody realizes how large a crow's ear is.
I am sure some of you have checked it out before but I thought it may be interesting to some of those who had no idea....
I plucked away the feathers surrounding the ear to expose it for the pic. You can stick the writing end of a pen in a waterfowl's ear and not much more but with a crow you could stick the whole barrel of the pen inside with possibly room to spare.
Maybe Im just weird but I always thought the size of a crows ear was kinda neat.

You shure that crow wasnt shot in the noggin with a .22? LOL Thats a crazybig ear hole for an animal that small. I never knew that big hole was there, then again I have never plucked a crow.

Well did he go off in the woods with it? LMAO!!! Yes it was made in east Tn but we generally done treat people like that unless they're crow hunting on one of our honey holes without permittion! You still want to come east to hunt? HA HA
I do the pigeons as soon as crow season is over. I love wingshooting no matter what the target. But the pigeons are very tasty. Here in Tn theres no limit no season and no rules on pigeons.
