Well,I did end up going to work,to catch up on some paper work.I was feeling a little better,so I took a ride to a job to deliver some product,then I went to my pigeon farm.I ran into a guy who was shooting rats at the farm with an air gun. It turns out that he knew a bunch of people I know. He had been hunting this farm long before me,but was really cool about me helpin out with the varmints,he told me all the hot spots for the rats at night.I think I will let him have that farm ,I have a bunch near my house. I had shot a few before but he said he got sixty in one night at this farm,wow I think I am gonna have to mount my night scope on the air rifle and get to it!! Well it was nice to meet another hard core varmint hunter.looks like I may have to turn him on to a real crow shoot in the fall!

Rook, thanks for b-day comment. We went out last night for a great dinner,My sister,wife and bro-in-law. then went to the casino and took them for a 1000.00. It was a blast and I was so busy winning money that I did' have time ti drink to much! Getting closer to my new auto I want to buy.Now it's time to pack up the truck,head home and get ready for Monday. It was agreat springbreak!
Right now I am green,but when I get some time under my belt I will chime in. The guy that whas shooting them yesterday was shooting in the day,but he said its game on at night.I think any air rifle will work,as shots are no more than fifty feet.I would say that a good red light setup would be good,but as I said I will keep you posted.
I just seems to me to be a great way to get some shooting in during the off season and to have just another reason for the farmer to have you around. After all he or she is the most important person in the equation,lets find more ways to get rid of his pests,and make it fun!!!!

Hope you are feeling betta! A hot Jameson with 2 teaspoons of sugar,wedge of lemon with a few cloves in it! "AN OLD IRISH RECIPE!" I didn't get out yesterday TOO MUCH WIND on the coast! Hope to get out this week Friday or Saturday for the finish,then I got a road trip to Erie,Pa. to pick up a new duck boat.Then I got a couple of weeks to get fishing gear ready for stripers! I got the knutsons pigeon dekes can't wait to put in action!!
