Game - making a barrel is over my head. Note to self -- need a lathe. But, check this out -- pretty cool: http://www.thogamecalls.com/PDF%20Tutorials/TurningCrowCallsLattaMethod.pdf

OK. You have enough ingenuity and intelligence to build a lathe but are still having trouble with crow hunting?confuse

My advice to you is to go out and buy a new call... the repairs you are attempting will cost way more then to purchase a new call... if it was plastic it couldn't have cost more then $10.... start saving those soda cans.

I'm not even going to go into why what you are doing won't work... and to be honest you are asking such vague questions each one requires years of experience or summarizing an entire sport to answer..

My advice to you is to think about what you want to ask, be specific, and try not to "flood" the forum with posts... If you have multiple questions you can put them all in one post, or add them to the tread you have started... If you need to edit (as I did) or delete your post, look to the upper right corner of the text box... there is a button that says "more" on it... click that and it will show you the options to edit your post, or delete it if need be...
