Short Sweet Flyway Shoot

The crows are really starting to gather here. Yesterday shot a small flyway leading to a roost of several thousand strong.  My son and I took 19 crows in a furious last half hour of daylight. Attatched a photo of some that failed to escape my 12 gauge charges of #8 shot. Most fell back into the thick brush and thus were not recoveredsmile

Glad to see the next generation out in the field with dear old dad.

You're 16 gauge model 12 looks like it's in very good shape.

That boys crazy about being out after crows with me. After raising three girls to adulthood whom showed little intrest in shooting sports, HE is a very refreshing experience for me...albeit later in lifebiggrin

Hey   M12  You had better cherish every second you have with him,,,, You will take a nap one day and wake,,, He will be in college,,, no I will say it is very pricey to raise one that is ate up with it,,,,,,,,,,,worth every penney thobiggrin
