A bit of low key backyard airgun practice with the master this morning. Heard a crow back in the bush so by instinct I pressed the foxpro into service and it turned out to be a crow shoot. In short order we had several dozen twisting and turning looking for the fight. One happened to land on an overhead branch thirty feet above and peer down at us. Junior dropped it with one well placed neck shot with a .17 calibre air rifle...making for his first official crow kill at seven years of age. I'm sure many more crows will follow this fate from his eye!
