More Assistance to the Manitoba Sunflower Producers

Crow numbers are starting to dwindle likely due migration. Busted 21 crows early off in the morning but still plagued by clear windless conditions making for tough hunting.

Once the sun was up crows would approach my calling, gain altitude and slip off once I was spotted consealed amoung the standing sunflower.

Certainly a full choke morning as I pulled off some nice 50 plus yard kills. Hopefully later in the week more favorable weather will move in and coincide with my work shedule. Would like one more go at the crows before they pull out.

Attatched a photo of a few of the unlucky ones.

Gasoline, alcohol, cigarettes, sales taxes and personal income taxes up here are all way more than you guys in the US would ever dream of paying. We do have Government funded health care though...which we do pay for dearly in one capacity or another.

I don't know much about chewing tobacco and I don't smoke but I do hear cigarettes are 12 bucks a pack. A bottle of booze is about 26 bucks and I pay $20.45 for a dozen suds.
