Busting crows in ohio ^ ^ ^^

Hey guys, I'm back again this season to join you all and this looks to be even better than last year I hope. I have been really working hard getting new farmland to hunt this year and have landed 18 new additional farmland areas including several heavy flyways so I'm pretty stoked about this years crow season.

I have went out to a couple of smaller area lots last weekend fri-sat-sun due to waiting on the farmers to start picking the corn and beans and managed to get a total of 93 in three morning shoots which is getting close to my whole last seasons total,so things are looking very good so far (I have been shooting clays most of the summer practicingbiggrin).I am going on two big area hunts this fri and sat to kick off some serious blasting where 90 acres of corn is being picked as we speak and there are estimated over 300+ crows that are frequenting the area the past couple days (I've been scouting thembiggrin)so I hope to get a pile of black aces for my coyotes that are starting to get pretty hungry.

Anyways just wanting to check in and say hello to everyone as I see there are alot of new members. I'm sure I will be asking alot of questions bob and shanedog once I get into the peak of the season here again, I may need all the help I can get to thin em out.

BTW.. a pile of fresh dead ground hogs in a grassy field edge worked out very well for a feeding frenzy setup on one hunt last week.dang never thought that would be a big hit, it was unexpected.

Hi crohopper,

Congrats on your success and I hope your weekend is fruitful! Take some pics of your setup, they'd be a hit on here.

Hi CH,

Great work on the land acquisition effort.  We have added similar numbers of new hunting lands, but unfortunately for us - no flyways spots.

I like your woodchuck pile approach.  I miss chasing those as I did in my Indiana youth.

Regards,
