Had a nice hunt Friday, this was my second time at this spot and am planning on resting it for a couple weeks. We set up a friendly spread with a motion deke and some birds gathered around. I am new to this so i used a number of different calls on my caller. Had success with a couple different sounds and also no calling. Should I use a hawk fight, owl fight, or distress if my spread does not represent it? Also my spot is about 1/4 mile from a nice roost. I do not have permission at many other spots. Could i be educating these birds?
