Killed 186 between 2 PM and 5:30. Had a Redtail kill a walker then get mobbed by about 10 crows. He lead them straight to us. Good teamwork.

 

Sorry for the lack of pics. We shot till dark then picked up birds by flashlight and truck lights. This is a snapshot of what was right in the blind. It was a picture perfect hunt.

Extra Good!! Way to go! Any details such as set up? Did you use an "e" caller, etc.? Were they feeding in the area, etc?

Feeding setup with JS sounds. Had the best luck with "Crow and Owl Fight" with the "owl" edited out. They seem to really like that sound.

 

We were hunting a pecan orchard that was near a roost. Crows were still flying at dusk. It was our best hunt to date. Had a great time.

You can't beat them kinda hunts, one of them where you just can't seem to keep your gun loadedbiggrinbiggrin Great job 8!!!!!!

I agree with your sound file selection. The JS crow and owl fight minus the owl is my primary sound also.
