I got some time in the shop this weekend and turned up a couple more calls. Osage/walnut nibs and bacote/cherry nibs. Working some bugs out but I think theyre coming along ok.

I use a combination of a Jet mini and a small metal lathe to make these. The soundboards are mostly made on the metal lathe. The barrel blank is drilled and reamed to a mt2 taper on it as well. Then I mount it on a mandrel, on the Jet wood lathe, to turn it to shape. They are far from perfect but I enjoy making them, they are a real challenge for me(read frustrating lol)
