biggrin nice going NG! We need to get out there and bust a few before the season is done. Now this morning I didn't bat a thousand but out of the whopping 7 crows that I called in, only 2 will be heading to roost tonight aww

Even though crow hunting season here is not over til the end of march, the roosts have broken up, they have headed or are in their neighbourhoods for the upcoming seasons, and hunting them is lousy. Last four times out I spend lovely days out and only got two....

So season for me is over.

Yeah, I have been trying until the bitter end, too. Time to fish and get ready for turkeys in May. This weekend I was 1 for 8 shots -- lousy % but still had fun. Crows have pretty much paired up here in Upstate (Central) NY. Temps back in the 30's today after being in the 70's for a week or so -- plants and animals are confused!

Rook, not a thing going on in the Albany area, stipers are in the Hudson though, so it's not all bad.

I’m game! As for the turkeys over that way, I know a lot more than most from the this area or at least places to hunt them biggrin I spent many many trips hunting fall gobblers from the Westmoreland area as far as Lower Waterford in VT. I've seen so many crows over that way it was unreal compared to around here

I'm a Native Vermonter sometime we should blast up and hit em, I could show you some backwoods turkey country you'd love. There's some mega crow hunting in the fall sometimes.

When they are migrating in the fall how many shots a day does "mega crow hunting" represent on average?
