So, was out shooting crows today and my Expedite Crow by EDGE, decided it didn't want to play ball, the motor was turning every time the timer switch on, but the decoys weren't rotating. Got it home and stripped it, and the rotating head attatched to the shaft from the gearbox was loose. So, pulled that off, and discovered the reason was the glue had let loose. A drop of super glue in the hole (SMALL DROP), then pushed it back on, reassembled, and it all works fine again.
Had much the same thing on a new lightweight rotary I bought a few weeks ago. The head stopped rotating while the motor was going like the clappers. Upon inspection, Idiscovered a VERY SMALL grub screw on the head that goes over the shaft, and this was VERY SLIGHTLY loose, but that was all it took. A small drop of Loctite SCREW LOCK (221), and tightened it up again, and all works perfectly on that too
