New crow call from Sam Neyt (Belgium)

Just received my FT3 crow call (Made by Sam Neyt in Belgium), and I must say I am VERY VERY impressed. Gave it a quick try in the garden, and within LESS than a minute had THREE crows buzzing over me Very happy man indeed now http://www.wildlandshop.com/hunting/

I have his MID call. THAT one is impressive. The little thing is incredibly loud, many use it to convince the most stubborn Crows to pay a visit :) Look up Magpie in distress on youtube and you'll see it in action...

His regular call is supposed to be one of the best on the european market.

Thinking of getting that one too, but it only produces one call, whereas the FT3 will produce the whole range of crow "Speech" once mastered. I also have the Nordic Crow, which works sometimes, but not others (Also on YouTube).

Just blow louder and slower, that's what we do with american calls :)

But really, most American calls are a bit high pitched for european crows but with a little bit of fine tuning this can be solved. Gibsons and Haydels triple tone work fine here.

Yep, it is good, and I'll be getting the MID, along with a few of the wooden American calls too. The saliva problem is one that affects the Nordik Crow call very badly too, reed always sticking on the top of the mouthpiece, other than that problem it's a fine call, and does the job well.
