FoxPro Service - Giving Credit Where Credit is Due

I'm adding to the chorus of positive comments regarding FoxPro's outstanding customer service.  I sent my Fury in because the sound selector knob was unreliable in very cold weather.  They replaced the knob, one of the speakers, the encoder, the LCD screen in the remote, they lengthened the battery wire,  and upgraded the software,  all free of charge. To top if off, they did all of this in a matter of hours, the caller only spent one night in their shop.  Service this good is almost unheard of.  Kudos to FoxPro.

I agree..........I had some issues with my Firestorm this winter after it got wet in a monsoon.........it stopped working, and I needed the call again the next weekend.......I called, and told them that, and they said that it was probably water damaged, and they could fix it for a small fee, and if I drove to their store, they would fix it immediately while I waited...........I ended up driving down, there they got it fixed in about 20 minutes, and they said they could not be 100% sure it was water damaged, so there was no charge at all.....................you can not get any better service than that anywhere else.........

Good to know. My horn speaker cracks out at full range. Looks like I will be giving them a call.

I use 2 callers when I hunt, both are FoxPro. They spent 45 minutes on the phone with me programing the 2 so the menu were the same so I could use just one controller. They are the best in my book.

Absolutely painless company to deal with, even from another country. Their staff can deal with many issues simply over the telephone. Foxpro is #1 in my books.

They are good on service for sure ! I had them load some crows calls on my fox pro call. It was just a week got it back. Of course I waited tell crow season was over lol
