I have no idea if this will fly but what the heck...
I think we can all agree that this is the slow point in the year in terms of crow hunting. I KNOW everyone likes to look at crow related pictures. Some of my favorite pictures come after the hunt with the crows scattered across the ground. While I find these pictures quite entertaining, it is nearly impossible to get all the crow bodies in the shot unless you manually move them.
To pass the slow time of the year, I'd like to attempt to make a game of posting hunt scene pictures with dead crows in them. Post a picture with some dead crows in it so other members can take a guess at the number of crows you shot that day. Wait a day or two so everyone has a chance to guess before revealing the TBC number. No prizes for those who guess the closest, just some crow-pride.
Also, I realize that some folks may have many crow-body pics to share and that is great. It may be wise, however, to share your pics one at a time to keep the game rolling rather than posting your whole load of pics in one post. ie- share pic, allow members to guess, give answer...share another pic, allow members to guess, give answer...and so on.
I hope everyone contribues no matter what your totals are. I do not care if you shot 5 on a run-n-gun stand or 555 on a great flyway shoot. I'd like everyone to feel welcome to post.
I will let somebody else start us off....So, everyone please dig thru some of your picture archives and let the guessing begin!
Things are greened up here well. Kid and I did some run and gun yesterday. Best from one location was a sweet tripple. Little guys job to dispatch any cripples with his 22 rimfire. No huge TBC's but some classic wingshooting through the tree tops. He spent most of the later afternoon sniping redwing blackbirds from off last years dry cattails.

Thats a very nice photo of your son. That boy is very lucky to have a dad like yourself that spends quality time with him. He looks like he is around 9 years old, am I even close?

He's 8 Bob. He's a big kid though. My wife is 5-10" and I'm 6-2"...so I'd guess he's going to be tall as well. My dad was the same as I. He always had me out in the back country or on the marsh.
