Crows came when I stuck this out amongst my crow decoys and they came in without any hesitation at all! my quarrel with it naturally is the wrong color but it didn't bother the crows who attacked it like any other owl caught out in the open during day time!
On another note: those who doubt the "flapper" sold in the crowbuster store well I used only one once and racked up a nice score for this area! I did not use any other decoys with it and it worked great but that was a few years ago. I had to try different things to get the crows in. The next time i used the standard dozen on the ground and a plastic great horned owl and that worked pretty decent too(but I didn't use the flapper needing a different approach for the same batch of black hoodlums in the neighborhood)!
Note: this was the same area I used repeatedly btw.
