Have heard of such things being done (see NHCrowshooter's recipe) and also seen YouTube videos of our crow shooting friends in Merry Old England frying up a batch of crow breasts. Here's one. There are others, equally stylish

I intend to abstain from our black feathered targets and stick to turkey, venison, tree rats, and bunnies, etc.

I used to own a VHS tape that had guys crow hunting then preparing them for the table...and have seen the recipes here.... Do any of y'all eat your bounty? I'm one who is open to any new taste out of the ordinary and would possibly be into trying it.

Hahaha. After that picture I'm rethinking it. But am pretty sure I'm gonna end up trying it instead of duck in a recipe.

Tried it once. It taste similar to wood duck. I can't get past the thought of it is still a CROW!! The thought of them eating carrion on the side of the road does me in.
