Gang: I have been posting on this fine forum since July 2002. I do not remember a broader, more informative, more interesting, more sincere gaggle of "posts" than in recent months. We.. all of us.. have a very fine band of brothers and I am proud to be one.

Now... your goal for 2013 is to top your TBC for 2012....and tell us about it!!!
nhcs: To each his own, sir. In my run and gun environment, 6's are not indicated but I am sure they have application under certain conditions. It all amounts to confidence in your equipment and whatever that is..go with it. Merry Christmas to you and family. I hope Santa makes a long house call at your residence!

Certainly a good crew around here. Nice to learn about Pecan groves and Pcan Lady's, Texas hunts and road trips, Bobs usual 2 or 3 crows, and I enjoy the pics and storys from our friends across the pond, as well as all the other methods, gimicks and tricks we all like to try.
Special thanks to those who hooked me up with the sounds I was looking for a few months ago............We started hunting Crows in Sept, and will hunt til the first week of April here in Pa. We have a season goal of 500.............we are at 293 as of yesterday. This is the first year we have kept a season count and set a goal. I can tell you that 6 years ago, you could have counted our season total on 2 hands.............
A lot of reading on here...........numorus gadgets and tons of hours of trial and error....and error....and error.........buy we have gotten pretty good for out area, but still tryen gadgets and error......
Definitely the most helpful, knowledgeable, and patient group of hunters I have ever encountered. No judging, no gloating (maybe some playful bragging just for kicks), no major egos. Just all-around good guys (and gals) looking to connect with like-minded individuals with a similar passion. A diamond in the rough of the internet that I'm glad I stumbled upon.
Thanks for all the help over the past couple of years and looking forward to all of the new posts that are yet to come.
I agree Whats really strange about this bunch is this. When I have a new development with my ROTC son or if anything news worthy happens to me or mine, I find myself wanting to share it on this Bulletin board first To me that is what makes crowbusters special!!! Never met a single one of you guy's but you feel like family. I sincerely hope that everyone is healthy happy and blessed during this special time, The birth of our savior and lord Jesus Christ.
Chip: What a fine thing to say about your crow brethren! Even better, you are absolutely correct. Your observation sure brought a smile to my face...if IF you did not live so far away, I could come over right now and shake your hand!!!!!! My prayers and blessing go out to those who find themselves alone at this time of year and always to our fine military wherever they may be.
Chip, you're spot on! You know what's funny? It's almost the same in Germany. And it only gets better when you actually meet the lads in person! They are just as crazy in real life ;) I've met great people in this community of crow hunters.
