I hav had several PM's Asking about this so I thought I would repost. This is a method I learned from Marv in Iowa. In the first couple pics you can see I drilled 2 tiny holes in the back of the decoy and ran the long section of the clothes hanger down thru the spike. The other part just goes in the second hole for stability. Leave about a half inch exposed so u can bend back up around the base of the spike. Use black tape to secure. I taped a 1/4 inch piece of pvc 6 inches or so long to the end of my extendable golf ball retriever. When hanging the deek slide the spike down in the pvc. Use the funnel in the pvc to take the deek down. Just guide the funnel into the downward hanging spile and push up and she comes right off and stays in the funnel on the way down. Its fast and Awsome. I pulled my hair out hangin sentry's till I got this from Marv. A ton of crows have died using this method. I can get 30 feet out of the retriever added to my highth.
