Welcome to crowbusters.

If you are serious... Vacuum seal or cover with water then freeze.

I don't freeze crow meat. But do freeze duck, goose, deer, beef, pork, fish, chicken, and turkey.
Usually in a heavy freezer bag, with all the air sucked out. I don't have a vacuum packing machine so I use a straw. (haven't gotten sick, YET) Also, I usually dry cure the meat for a few days in the fridge before freezing.

If you're going to be freezing a lot of game, invest in one of those food saver machines. Definitely seals the meat well and the bags are pretty tough.
