Does Any Serious Crow Hunting Take Place In Florida?

If it does, I've never heard of it. Perhaps in the Panhandle, but not down south.

Is this sport strictly a northern or midwestern thing?

I have great luck in Alabama. I would expect some good hunting in the panhandle for sure. Find the peanut fields and pecan orchards.

Not to many in the southern states huntttt crows because of the liberal bag limits on other game, especially deer. Most folks down here are just not interested. The following is a link to the main page where crow facts are posted. According to the map, FL has a large population of fish crows (Do NOT decoy well) and a decent population of American crows (decoy well.) You may find the same thing we do here... No competition and plenty of opportunities. Good Luck!
