My first crow hunt was really fun and unique. My bedroom is on the second story of the house over looking a harvest been field with trees surrounding the field. it was in the 20's this morning so I opened the window just to see how well my FoxPro shockwave would do at calling crows lol. within seconds I had 5 crows flying toward me from about 400 yards away. I couldn't believe it!! They circled the house where I couldn't see them. all of a sudden 11 crows flew within 30 yards of my window somehow other crows gathered with them when the circled the front side of the house where I couldn't see them. First shot and downed my first crow. They flew off and headed back in the direction they came from. I changed sounds and they circled back through and landed about a 100 yards away in a tree. We called back and forth to each other for around 10 minutes lol. It was awesome to see how well they responded to my call. So I put the shotgun on the bed and picked up my ar-15 first shot, and one of the crows dropped like a rock! I this is the most fun I have had since I can remember. O yeah I am hooked lol!
Thats awesome nate... I was watching the bangels vs chargers today and I heard a trash chicken in the yard... so I crabbed the Gamo and went out on the deck and smoked him lol I love shootin crows
