Fat lady's singing here as the spring shooting is winding down. Marked difference in numbers when compared to a week ago. Out yesterday morning in a virtual wind storm...gusting up to 35 mph. Shot about a dozen, shot to kill ratio was terrible. Picked up after an hour as very cold.
This morning it was a completely different planet. Very cold, 14 degrees at sunrise but bluebird conditions and not a breath of wind. Very few crows passed over my barrel, those that did never left as I hit every bird I shot at. 11 bagged for 11 rounds fired plus cartridge to finish a walker.
Few more pics, hope you gentlemen are not getting tired of my posts One very frosty frozen stiff crow from yesterday, Some of the spoils and other untitled. Hope to get another shoot or two before its over.

Get tired, heck no. Look forward to your hunts and pics. And congrats on the 11 for 11 ! We had a couple windy shoots this past year and Had some 30 mph gusts, those rascals put it on us. I remember a lot more empty hulls than normal and a lot more making fun of each others shooting abilities
