How to packag crow meat?

Someone here in Ky is hosting a wild game dinner and asked me if  could get them as much crow meat as possible for it. I was happy to help but I will be collecting as much as I can until early January. How do I store the breasts to keep from getting freezer burn? Or is that even an issue with only a couple months time? Also how do  store then period? Put them in water and freeze them?

That is what I would do, put them in a zip lock bag with water and just freeze them.

Ok thanks. That's the same thing I do with squirrel but they don't usually stay that way for more then a couple weeks. Thanks for the help bob.

This thread sounds sorta' like a "blond joke."
