Morning and afternoon hunts.

Went out yesterday morning and shot 103 crows up until 9:30 a.m. then went back to the house and continued cleaning up the yard from the ice storm. Took a break and went out in the afternoon and shot 59 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. so 162 were shot for the day, very nice out for December, 50 degrees out with a south breeze.

Rather unusually warm up here in Manitoba as well. Snow all but melted. Quite a few crows flocked up in the city which is unusual for this period of the year.

Good hunt Bob, only thing I didn't like was the "yard cleaning" in between hunts. But you gotta do what you gotta do!

Very good day. Our late season doesn't open until Jan 4th so I still have a couple weeks to wait

Nice to shoot crows close to homesmile Pic is 20 minutes from home...couple years ago. One can shoot 20 or so crows any morning there in the spring... weather permitting.

Your son looks like he is around 12 1/2 to 13 years old?

He looks old enough to be shooting them on the wing.

My boy will be 12 in February. An astounding shot with pump 410. Time for a real shotgun though!!
