Got a call from a farmer this week that the crows have been all over his freshly cut grain field.  I wasn't able to get out first thing and only showed at the field around 10 am but still managed to drop 16 for the day.  It was blazing hot out so I pulled the plug pretty early.  I can't wait for fall! Lol

 

These 2 are pretty nasty...shot him at 3 yards after he snuck in from my left.

Thanks folks! We don't have any really good numbers here in the summer so I'm glad when I can find a pocket of birds hanging around to bust up. More hunts to come in the next few days too!

That would be a great summer shoot where I live, nice job.  Camera's always make them look further away. At 3 yards you might as well be shooting a rifle.  Nice shot.
