Got after them Solo Thursday a:m an 10 plus degrees cooler helps a southern hunter out big time. Started slow, first one committed suicide after 6:30 then it got better. About 40 % were soft shots which I enjoy giving them the old "dose of hush up" the others were wild as bucks, great snap wing shooting. At the end the "Counter" (thanks BH) showed 74 and I busted 2 more while cleaning up for a tbk of 76. In the pics #29 came in the blind making a whizzing sound, a bullet for sure and liked to have took my head off. Very enjoyable hunt and picked up 69 so I only lost 7 to the woods. Again thanks BH the Clicker is cool to have in the blind.

Wonderful shoot there Butch. Something about shooting crows solo...maybe its having all the targets to ones self Further, I have to get myself one of those clickers. Seem always loose count once into the teens! thanks for posting!

Don't look at the numbers, you got the part about feeling good busting a crow. Congrats on your hunt, I have a spot or two that 3 would be great because the Crows are sharp. Hang in there and you will find good areas that will produce better. It ain't easy to find them but you got Crow Fever and that will drive you to find them.
Ted,
Thanks, and the clicker is a great tool to have along, took BH to prove that to this "hard head"
Nice job, Butch! Good report and the pictures are fine. Keep them coming!
Bought a clicker, too. Was wondering if it would be worth the effort... until I started using it. It's a great tool! I now bring my clicker on dove hunts for a 12 bird limit!
For $ 1.89 on eBay, using a clicker is a no-brainer!

Excellent hunt report....and with pics?! You have come a long way my friend, lol. Thumbs up.
Your blind is top notch.
I love the whizz of birds falling close to the blind. Those high overhead shots that produce "jump out uh ya seat, or get whacked by a bloody body" action never fail to crank up my smile.
