Went out with a friend to hunt in a pecan orchard near the house. We hunt this orchard every year and, although small and surrounded by a cluster of residential homes, it is usually a solid place to hunt.
This morning was somewhat slow, but the weather was perfect... 63 degrees to start with no wind. The crows were late to arrive and they were a little sparse. Don't know if the full moon had any bearing on it, but once they started, they came steadily and in in small groups. We ended up with 45 crows after losing a few due to first-hunt anxiety...particularly the ones coming in low, slow and in our face!
It was a fun time and it got me ready to get out and hunt more. The one picture I took shows the kill zone with our blind behind the trailer.

P.S. My impromptu fix on last night's battery connection mentioned in another thread held up well, without a single glitch.
Sounds like you guys had an enjoyable hunt. Pleasant weather is just a bonus when you knock down a bunch of crows. Well done and thanks for the report.
