Like Paul, I have been on the disabled list due to an accident in late August. Fell out of a front end loader bucket, 10 feet up... broken ribs, collapsed lung, crushed/cracked vertebras, broken collar bone, etc., etc. But the good news is that I am now back in action!! What's that old saying, "Don't let the Old Man in."
Last week we hunted a dove field loaded with fish crows. After it was over, the two of us brought down 113 crows. It was a very satisfying day for many reasons including a high number, good fellowship, and my collar bone repair held up well considering most of the shots were almost straight up. As they say, it was raining crows!
Sorry for the lack of pictures, but we finished late and I didn't have the energy to line them up or take a lot of photos. That's our blind under the tree, with the decoys in front.
Ouch ! I'm not sure if I would trade with you or not. Glad you're still around after that. I thought something was up with you, check your pm inbox. Paul.
Demi did you have a top..on that blind? Its hard to tell from the picture but I sure like what I can see! And WOW...what a decoy spread. I thought you were using the battery powered device from England. Regardless 113 is a fine total. Antime one breaks the 'century' mark it is a fine day!! Cannot imagine a better event to celebrate your recovery! Thanks for sharing!
