I did my first hunt today with one of my friends.
It was a really good hunt, a lot of crows and a lot of greats shots!!
There is not a lot of crows here (Quebec, Canada), the migration is not started so there is only local crows, but there is enough to have fun!!

Dont shoot this!




Luky one, shot with the camera......not the SX3!




When you are away......there is always one who comes in!




Total of 40 crows and 2 pigeons

Couple of questions

What type of decoys are thoes in the pic with the barn?
Are they all full body or are sum flat?
Is that a crow coming into the decoys or is it a Jack kite ?

we have 36 GHG full body decoys and 12 flambeau (I flocked them) All full body

It is a crow coming into the decoys!!!!

Here in Quebec (canada) each GHG decoys cost 15.99$ + taxes (15%)
so this is a 700$ and more set-up........

Target, do you have an e-caller, or mouth caller. Or do you just let the decoys do their work ?

We have an home made e-caller, with 4 speakers and we always use the Johnny Stewart cd

But in this hunt, more than 75% of the crows were killed when the e-calleur was off, they were comming right in the sep-up without the call

The frist picture i like to . I run in to those crans hear a lot around the creeks hear in Kentucky. But u do have some nice pictures . Go shoot both ways gun and camera smile.gif
