Hi All I went out yesterday to one of my coyote hot spots,they had been spreading cow exaust in the field for a week,so the bandits were in the area. I set up the dekes in the field and I put my self in the corn with the sun to my back,all of the crows came in silent scout mode,doing a fly by,I would hit the distress and they would bank into a second look,and some #8 shot. I did have one come in low and slow,I stood up and gave him a surprise. I ended up with five. The first two shots with the new Franchi brought done bandits,then a miss then two more kills. Any of you that may have Carri lite decoys,I cut the feet off and opened up the hole on the bottom,I then glued a spent 209 primer on the top of the stake. It makes for faster deke deployment,they fit into the deke bag better,and they move in the wind.

Shaneo, I picked up a browning silver hunter last year ,but I'm using it for quail,I think that franchi is quite similar? Nice gun they point pissa,can't seem to get away from my 30" model12 and 97 for the bandits!!!
