LeviSS, because this is a charitable object I will allow the post to stay this time. In the future though please adhere to the forum rules and post similar items in the "Buy, Sell and Trade" section. Thanks.
does the forum rule apply to this situation? the call is not his and the ebay auction is not his. he was just sharing a piece of interesting crowdom found on ebay.
he could not post this in the "buy, sell, and trade" section because he does not own the item and is not selling it.
sorry, i just wanted some clairification and to prevent anyone from thinking that LeviSS is a spammer.
regards,
BH

Exactly. I have nothing to gain. I am in no way affiliated with this. I just thought it was interesting. I didn't mean to threaten the Crow Mart. Big Brother strikes once again on this forum.
Thanks for backing me, BH.

If the rules are to be followed and there are to be allowances are far as " Buy, Sell and Trade " then technically shouldn't the " Awesome Custom Crow Call " thread have been put in the for sell section ?
Just asking.
I just find it shameful that its is " Do as I say do, not do as I do."

Puppy - Yeah, they can pimp out the crowmart every chance they get, but I post a call that I have nothing to do with, that is cool that other people might find cool, and they get their feathers ruffled.
Shane - Hippie spinach...never heard that, but yeah, thats along the right lines.

The adminn. On here so far has been nothing but nice. I agree that you were not pushing the link as a sale for you or any one else just to enlighten all of us with it.

Well said.
I have yet to try a Buckner. I hear they are really good, but the price tag scares me away.
I see this caused a bit of a controversy that I didn't mean to occur and as you have seen "Big Brother" here very rarely comments or deletes any posts even when they are way off subject. To be clear, I saw a link to an Ebay sale and knew that it violated our policy, but decided to leave it up anyway. What I am trying to prevent is what I have seen on other sites where some guy says look at the great deal here "insert commercial site link" but is really associated with the vendor in some way. This happens more than you would think. In short, no harm done and none intended, just the founder trying to keep the forum commercial free.
And as far as "pimping for the CrowMart" goes, we will continue to pimp for them as often as possible. The CrowMart is a long time supporter of Crow Busters, offers discounts to members and helps the organization in many other ways too numerous to mention here. When another vendor comes along and supports us in the same way then we will do the same for them. Enough said about that.
I understand...but to be fair, you guys have deleted every post when someone has a problem with the site that they may be asking questions about what's going on. That happened to me when I first started. No one would help after several phone calls and emails, my post here was deleted just for asking what was going on. I got jumped all over on the old forum because the admin changed someones post without explaination or notice, then my answer to his queston made me look like a dumb ass.
I totally support the way off topic deletions, but I've seen it several time on the old site.
I've never had trouble on any other forum, and I'm on a lot. I got off to a bad start with this site, and it still sticks in my craw. I like this site and the people on here, but won't buy from the crow-mart...hence my searching ebay when I came upon this call.

Dont let these calls prices scare you away. I sell mostly field grade calls that are very reasonable price wise. The wooden mouthpieces take a lot of time but the results are worth it IMO. I will not discuss prices on this post but hit me a PM and I will. Also I have a no excuse return policy, you dont like it send it back for a full refund, no problems.
Thanks to all for th comments on the call. All together we have raised almost 4000.00 for The American Cancer Society. This is our first year and I am happy for all of those who have helped. I will post in the buy sell section a raffle were are doing that includes several calls. In the mean time take a look at this special order. All ivory and it will talk the talk.
Michael good to see you. Awesome job on the call. Hope you are feeling better, been follow on CCO. By the my Desert Iron Wood is still rock-in and yes it still goes out every time I do.
Its been a very long couple of weeks.... Things are looking up. At least I have feeling in my left hand and arm. I went 6 weeks with a dead arm from the herniated disc in my neck. I think Ill be better in a few more days.
