Finding 3 guys that know when and how to hide and move when crows are around and also judge when to shoot is rare. All I can say is shock callers and big tall blind.

You are correct... Two is company and 3 is about as many that can successfully work. Any more and generally there will be too much motion/disruption on the ground so many crows will spot you and flare.
We have hunted with 4 before but only in a situation where we can use two blinds...or are using standing corn for a blind and can spread out along the corn rows.
