I have been crow hunting for years but not getting into it as seriously as waterfowl. I live in East Tn and the duck hunting sux so Im getting serious about crow hunting. I have been 4 or 5 times in the last couple of weeks and I have learned quit a bit in that short time. We killed 6 this morning (2 shooters) and found out set up is very important. We set up all wrong twice. We should have had twice as many dead. Have a good one.

hey man, i live in west tn. me & my dad once hunted east tn. & got a bear. those hills r not to b underestimated. lol
Yeah the hills can be tough. My legs are pure grissle. LOL It makes the crows fly high also, if there flying over a ridge 20 yards above the trees then when they fly over your decoys thet are 100 yards high. You have to let them circle a few times and let tham get closer. Unless you can find the right setup most of your shots are gonna be looong. I do good to kill 50% of all the crows I shoot at. Unless Im shooting a farm in the bottom lands north west of my home. Its flat there and most of the woods are young and the trees are short, you can whack'em in that set up.

I was the other gun.......I had a VERRY tough time connecting. This whole year the only thing I shot decent at was geese. Went 3 for five. It took a whole box of shells to get 3 ducks. I got to claim 1 of the crows and it went down a long long ways away from the hide. Had a blast though.
I gotta find a way to jump shoot crows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
