My crow hunting partner and I enjoy crow hunting so much that we named our barbeque team "Old Crow Smokers"; you know that they taste just like chicken!old crow smokers.jpg

They don't taste like chicken. They taste like Canada Goose breast. Marinate the crow breasts in olive oil and your favorite spices overnight. Then lightly fry them in the marinade.
Actually very tastey.

They basically eat the same things that chickens and wild turkeys eat.

I can't get the picture out of my head of them eating some old road kill on the side of the road. I don't think I could eat them.

I once watched 3 hen turkeys feasting on the maggots out of a dead porcupine.

I raised chickens for 10 years, they'll eat pretty much anything, including each other.  In fact, the only thing that I have seen chickens refuse are slugs.
