Crow calling Competitions

I have been crow hunting for about 12 yrs now and have mastered the art of replicating the sounds of the crow on various calls that I use.  All my buddies say I should find a competition if theres one.  I was curious to know if any of you guys know of a competition in the U.S that is for crow calling?

Tyler,

Right in you're backyard is some of the nicest country I've ever seen along the Elk River.

If you want crow calling competition "The American Crow Hunters Association" holds a crow calling & shooting event in TN every june. You can get in touch with Jerry Tomlin and he will fill you in.

Hey I appreciate the information since i will def check into that. I think it would be a lot of fun and a good way to meet other fellow crow hunters near my area. In response to Shanes question I must say I only crow hunted twice in feb and we killed 100 crows total. I am an avid duck and goose hunter along with everything else there is practically to hunt here in alabama but this yr I snow goose hunted in arkanasas this feb. It did indeed prevent me from getting out there after the crows but im sure Bob took care of that problem ha ha Despite the fact i didn't kill many crows this season i can say that i carry my crow call in the vehicle everywhere i go and call crows in on a daily basis for pure enjoyment. Trust me you get a lot of weird looks from other vehicle drivers ha ha The University of North Alabama is well aware of me finding much enjoyment in calling crows while on campus etc.. lol

hope you find a competition, and good luck!

Alabama is great cuz they let you choose which 124 days per year you want to crow hunt!
