Amateur crow hunter looking for MP3 / CD Crow calling sounds to no avail!

First things first, hello from Louisiana! Joshua here, and this is my first post 'round these parts!

Having grown up in south Louisiana, I was raised hunting and shooting. While most of my hunting experience has been limited to squirrel and deer in the past, a few friends and myself are expanding our horizons a little bit!   biggrin

We have recently sparked an interest in predator/varmint hunting (coyote/bobcat, raccoon, as well as crows) and have begun slowly acquiring some new equipment to facilitate these types of hunting. Problem being... we are all college students (I am actually a full time clinical level RN student, hospitals don't pay us, just the way of the system) and we simply cannot afford to purchase the highest end of every hunting accessory available. After some serious reading, I was able to build an e-caller for our uses.

After even more research/digging through the internet, I was able to procure quite a few predator calls, as well as managing to hunt down a Johnny Stewart Raccoon Calling CD (volume 1). HOWEVER, (incoming point) I am having a LOT of trouble finding crow MP3 sounds for use in my new e-caller! I found a crow fight sound from Western Rivers, but am hoping to expand my options a bit. I don't want to be limited to a single call for all of our hunting, I would believe that the one call will educate our new prey quickly and get us in a bind.

So... anyone have any reccomendations on accordable yet AVAILABLE crow calling cd's / MP3 files?  It seems that the Johnny Stewart ones have vanished from the market.  I have a hand call as well as some rabbit distress calls that *surprisingly* work very well for run and gun crow calling in wooded areas while predator hunting.

If anyone happens to have some CD's / MP3's available as well, feel free to PM me.  I would also be willing to trade some sounds if you are interested in trying a hand at coon calling! If this kind of offer isn't allowed in this forum, please PM me and I will edit this last paragraph as soon as I see the post!

Thanks in advance everyone! I look forward to meeting some new folks and absorbing as much wisdom as humanly possible. Hunting provides us with quite a nice break from the stressors of our pretty in-depth schooling, as well as the occasional escape from the girlfriends!

Joshua

Josh,

In both cd and MP3 (on the same disc) you can order either or both "hard or soft calling" crow call sounds from All Predator Calls or F & T Fur Harvesters Trading Post on the internet. Just type in Bob Aronsohn where it says search and my calls will come up. I would recomend the "Hard Calls" they work in any situation.

Do you have a smartphone? There are several apps available. You can also check mscustomcalls. They have a few free calls
