One day and a wake up! As the old saying goes. Can't hardly wait. We have lots of new places to hunt and we are seeing lots of large groups of crows. We are planning a scouting trip tomorrow afternoon to make the final decision for the season opener. That should be a fun drive around the countryside.
I had 30-40 birds circle up behind the house this morning. I was fun to watch as other were drawn to the fight. I spent last week on the coast and had a large group of fish crows circling the pier I was fishing. We are like everyone else, no migratory birds but we seem to have had a great hatch of local birds. We shall see day after tomorrow. Wish us luck.

Good luck this weekend 8fishermen. I still can't get around this "crow season" thing. Up here there is no closed season. See crows, you can hunt them. Anytime!
