Crow handcalls

Hello, Im new here to the new site, posted a few times on the old one. Not much though, but lurked quite often.

I make calls, mostly predator calls, and became interested in the wood toneboard crow calls a while back. Got some advice from a couple kind people here, and started making a few. Wanted to say thanks to those that helped me, including Michael Buckner. He doesnt know me ,but has answered my questions over the last year via email, and I really appreciate it.

This one is headed for Kentucky, hope it calls in a few: )

5/8 bore with 5/8 nibs. 5/16 air channels. Straight taper bore with O-ring fitted toneboards.

Maple barrel/mesquite nibs.

Simple and plain looking but functional.

Thanks for looking and please feel free to critique the call.

Mark

Welcome (back) to the forum.

Sell a few to us and we'll critique them.

That is a beautiful call you made, but I would buy a call that looked like a turd if it called in crows.

What price would you sell one for?

Kev

Maple is one of my favorite woods, however, I like to keep things dark out in the field.

If you have a hunk of black walnut or anything along those lines, please build me one. Name your price.

I love the mesquite mouthpiece.

Looking forward to taking it out in the field!

Yours,
Jon
